Hypnosis is a safe, pleasant effective and natural way to overcome health and stress related issues or problems. Hypnosis is a dream like state in which the conscious mind relaxes allowing the subconscious to become active.
Contrary to common belief, YOU are in control at all times and as the therapist, I facilitate change but only with your full agreement. You are not asleep in the normal sense of the word nor are you unconscious, just deeply relaxed. When you’re in this relaxed state your sub-conscious mind is receptive to deep healing, changing long held negative beliefs or emotions which are holding you back and causing stress and distress in your life.
EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is an exciting new meridian therapy like reflexology and acupuncture but with no needles and you can do it yourself. ! EFT is based on the principle that our bodies need to have balanced energy systems and when our emotions get in the way they cause blockages which cause pain, fears, phobias, cravings, addictions........anything! ‘EFT’ is a technique I’ll teach you in one session and you’ll have it forever. It’s an amazing skill that can produce swift and dramatic changes. By tapping with your fingertips on key points on the top of the body – you can clear emotional blockages and make yourself feel physically, mentally and emotionally stronger.
