Gaining Knowledge followed by Recommendations
1. The process begins with a briefing meeting to gain an understanding of your workplace situation and assess how much Stress related sickness absence is costing your business
2. Stress Audits will be completed to identify the causes of stress within your organisation.
3. RFC will then prepare a set of recommendations to tackle the issue/s.
4. A programme of workshops/seminars designed specially for your business will be created.
5. Help will be given to individual personnel if required.
