The Process

The process begins with a briefing meeting to gain an understanding of your workplace situation and assess how much stress-related sickness absence is costing your business

  • Stress Audits will be completed to identify the causes of stress within your organisation.
  • RFC will then prepare a set of recommendations to tackle the issues.
  • A programme of workshops/seminars designed specially for your business will be created.
  • Help will be given to individual personnel if required.
