There are two strands to the work of RFC: personal one-to-one sessions with individual clients and corporate consultancy for business clients.

One to one personal sessions

If you are an individual client (of any age), Ruth will help you increase your  self-awareness, boosting  self-confidence and self-belief. You are then in a much better position to overcome any stress, tension, anxiety, limiting beliefs, habits, fears, phobias, cravings and addictions.

Reducing stress, whatever the cause, is a key part of the work of RFC.  Stress can be caused by so many factors these days - by family and relationship problems, divorce, work, legal or money pressures.  Moving house is often a major cause of stress as well as illness and bereavement of family and friends. 80% of illnesses are caused by stress which has not been dealt with effectively. Stress  can be caused by pressure at school/college/university with exams or bullying as well as by fear of failure, low self esteem and lack of confidence.

The aim of RFC is to combat stress, release tension and restore a sense of well-being.

Feeling out of control and lacking self confidence causes stress which in turn can trigger other problems, low self esteem and lack of self belief creates negative thought processes causing you to feel overwhelmed and hopeless which in turn makes you feel even more out of control.....and so it continues until you reach burnout and develop serious illnesses

Common issues include tackling fears, such as flying, spiders, heights, rats, mice, flying insects, birds ,fear of the dark, public speaking, presentations; habits like nail biting, thumb sucking, hair pulling and smoking.
 
RFC also helps to overcome or severely reduce food cravings, bad eating patterns and comfort eating as well as addictions such as alcohol, gambling and chocolate.

Most  issues  are resolved within 3-5 sessions, sometimes less.

Corporate consultancy and training to reduce workplace stress.

Tackling workplace stress reduces absenteeism, helps retain staff, increases employee morale, improves worker performance and productivity.  Teamwork can be improved whereby employees are feel more valued and are therefore more loyal to the organisation which promotes greater harmony in the workplace. Having an understanding of the stressors that employees experience, enables managers to respond with appropriate audits and training as well as comply with the law in order to avoid litigation

The tried and tested techniques of gentle Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), as well as the use of coaching tools  enables  employees  to change their state of mind, from stressed to relaxed and from negative to positive
